Returns & Exchanges
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at 918-809-1876 before you ship your items back. Please provide your order number.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. All returns must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, smoke free and tags attached.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by Gray Sparrow Boutique.
Exchanges: Due to the limited quantity of our inventory, we may not have the same size purchased. When exchanging your item for a different size, let us know ASAP, as to be sure size available. Send your item back to Gray Sparrow Boutique, once received we will then send your new size back out.
Damaged Items: We check all items before shipping, but we know mistakes happen. Damages must be reported prior to wearing and tags must still be attached and within 3 days of receiving the items. Please provide a picture and order number of the damage via email, and we will cover return shipping and if item is sold our we will refund the damaged item.
